Melt into slinky shapes and transitions with Sarah, in this creative flow and floor choreography class, designed specifically for slinking in socks. We will focus on musicality, glidework, and hairography, and explore the different balance points and movement initiation available, while navigating the floor without heels.

Dynamic Movement Accents and Floor Landing Technique
Dynamic Movement Accents and Floor landing technique
For this class, Sarah will break down the individual elements and safe technique required, for dynamic landings and sharp movement accents, perfect for highlighting musical crescendos, and adding drama to your style.
We will concentrate on the foundation techniques to impact the floor in a controlled way, and build on these to create showstopping knee landings, kips, and split drops, with the ability to make each movement as fast and loud, or as smooth and slinky as desired.

Sarah ensures her bendy floor shapes showcase her flexibility, using engagement and extension, but far more importantly, careful positioning!
This class will cover a range of flexy floor based moves and shapes, which require significantly less flexibility than one would imagine, using strategic techniques and angles to make even more restricted ranges of motion appear as flexible as possible, and combining them into a silky smooth flow.
